FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What Materials are used? 

Every piece is made with .925 Sterling Silver. Occasionally I will create pieces with Gold Filled material. All of my materials are purchased from Rio Grande. 

Do you take Custom Orders?

Custom Orders are currently open. Customs take 4-6 weeks and require a 50% deposit. 

Do you offer Jewelry Repairs?

I do not offer Jewelry Repairs on pieces that were not purchased from me. If one of my pieces has a defect upon receiving, please contact me immediately.

Do you offer Returns?

I am not able to accept returns. Each ring is listed on my website with a picture of the ring size as it sits on the ring mandrel. Please ensure that you have checked your ring size to ensure a proper fit. Ring sizers can be purchased via Amazon or most Jewelry stores will size you for free. 

    Shipping:

    Your order will be shipped via UPS once it has been processed. Once your order is in the hands of UPS, I no longer have control over the order. If UPS loses or damages your order, please contact your local post office so that they can assist you with recovering or refunding you. 

    Caring for your Jewelry:

    Avoid using any harsh chemicals or Jewelry cleaners as they can damage the stone or patina on your piece. Amazon sells Sunshine cloths which are great for removing finger prints, oils or any tarnish (it is natural for silver to tarnish). Each order includes a Jewelry Care card, please refer to the card for detailed instructions.
